I have always had a love for photography. From the age of thirteen and on, I always remember a camera in my hand. I first started with the disposables, then graduated to my first point and shoot at seventeen. It never left my side (until it's untimely demise during a trip to the beach... several others followed suit). Finally after I found out I was pregnant with my son, my husband broke down and bought me my trusty Canon SLR. It was beautiful. It was heavy. And it was unlike anything I was used to. Little did he know it would be my obsession from then on.
I've had a few years now to try and master the craft of digital photography and I won't lie... I still love it as much as I did when I was waiting in line at my local Walmart for my prints to develop. It's the peanut butter to my jelly. The marsh to my mellow. The peas to my pod. You get the idea.
